Suggest you try installing it directly from the Play Store.

FWIW I can install 888 Poker on my phone no problem, but if it will let me register and play or not that's another matter, because of my location.

exe files will not work on android. you need an apk file of the game.....unless your phone is a windows phone.

so i went to their website. the downloads for the android version keeps downloading the exe.file which as i said do not work on android. i don't trust that site. if they can't get the correct files right for android, they are idiots.

FYI an EXE file is for Windows on a PC, not Android.

Presumably online gambling is prohibited in Prince Edward Island, but is legal in Ontario? AFAIK internet poker and casinos such as 888 Poker geolocate by your IP address, and if they determine it's in a province, state or country where online gambling is illegal, you get blocked.

I'm in China and I can't use online gambling apps and sites, even if using a VPN. If I really wanted to gamble I'd have to go to Macao.
