I'm thinking about getting a Samsung Galaxy S. I used to own Nokias and what I like about that is the ability to see my today's events right there on the home screen. Its important for me because I use the phone to keep track of my tasks, which I put in Google Calendar as calendar events. Do any of the stock widgets have this ability?
BTW, I'm moving from 1st gen iPhone, in part because its slow, and in part because I was always annoyed that I had to hack my phone to put on a paid app (Intelliscreen) to allow me to view events on my home screen.
