Advanced clock widget (But maybe simple answer)

Hi everyone!
I'm new to this forum, or actually not, I have been her a while, but without any user created..

So her it goes, my first question is how to show an image, like a flower or bird, for every time my digital clock widget turns a new hour. Something like if the clock is 8:31, it shows a flower to the left, and 31 minutes to the right. Next day at the same time, the exact same flower image shows, so it has to be non-randomly.

Hope you understand what I mean.
(I wonna have a 24 hour clock, not pm/am)
