Alcatel ot-997D won't boot

I bought ot-997D few days ago. During the initial setup wizard I have turned off the phone, don't ask me why. After that the phone just wouldn't turn on, like it's dead. I tried to charge battery, restart bios by holding power and volume-up button and it still doesn't give any sign of life. What should I do? Bring on anything you think that can be helpful, I'm pretty much desperate.
