Already have JB 4.2 but phone wants to update again?

My Nexus received the JB 4.2 update weeks ago. Now today it's saying system update downloaded.. Touch to install, and it's just 4.2.
In my about phone section it says of course that the phone is already running 4.2, like it has said for weeks now.
Anyone else ever encounter this?

Yeah I got it twice too.

4.2 then 4.2.1

As others have said, it is a 4.2.1 update, build number JOP40D. I thought it was a bit weird, too, when it said it wanted to download 4.2.

I was wondering too. But I figured I may as well let it update again since the dang popup would come up every time I turned my phone on. When it was done I noticed it was 4.2.1. Not sure if I'm happy about this update. 2 of my apps quit working (so far).
