I'm not entirely sure what you mean, could you be a little more specific please? If you mean how do you get Android updates on Samsung devices, I believe that's done via Samsungs Kies software?
I have Samsung Galaxy SII with Android 2.3.3
I want to upgrade it to Android 2.3.4.
I want to get the Android 2.3.4 from and official site. Kies says that I have the latest firmware!!
Firmware downloads are not available from the web support sites, only via Kies. If you visit our Galaxy S2 section you'll find advice on how to update manually i.e. outwith the official channel.

If Kies says you have the latest available, then you have the latest officially available. Updates are not universally compatible to all phones immediately. You can either wait for Samsung to give you the official update, or get unofficial updates.
