I want to know android device support 40MHz bandwidth WiFi connection? I used 20+40MHz connection, but my phone use only 20MHz connection. Why is that?

    I have a 802.12 b+g+n wireless mode and 2.4, 5GHz frequency support android phone.

How do I force to use 40MHz connection?

I know some devices support the 5GHz frequency but it is usually only the high end devices such as...

    Galaxy Nexus
    Galaxy S3
    HTC One X
    HTC One S
    HTC EVO 3G

Pretty sure the entire HTC One series supports it besides the One V, i think...

Otherwise more recent, the Note 2 and DNA are probably in the bunch.

To tell if your device supports it you can go into the Wifi Settings and under Wi-Fi Frequency Band you can choose, Auto, 5GHz only, or 2.4GHz only.
