Android version upgrade

Current version of my S3 (i9305) is Android 4.1.1
Latest Android version is 4.2.1
Will I get the latest version?

Eventually we will get it. I believe for now only the Nexus devices are running genuine 4.2

When I connect my phone with my laptop having Kies installed in it, it shows the following msg -
Current firmware version : PDA:LI5 / PHONE:LI5 / CSC:LI4 (EVR)
Latest firmware version : PDA:LL5 / PHONE:LL2 / CSC:LL2 (EVR)

Then I go for the upgrade. It downloads all necessary files from internet. Then It shows "Insufficient disk's space (requires at least 3000MB)". Hence, upgrade process stopped. Why 3GB is required? Where this space is required? Anybody faced such problem?

Put the phone into download mode and use Odin to flash it

The above is not only stock but it roots the phone too.

But it still shows as original and does not increase the count
