Don't know if anyone has seen this or been to this site yet, and to tell you the truth, I'm not sure how I've never seen it as it was the result of a Google search for "Top Android apps 2010", but AndroidPit.com is a pretty slick site that reviews apps, has a blog and a forum. Their app is VERY slick and VERY fast/easy to use. Loads quickly and has all the info of the site. You can actually navigate right to the Market to the app you are reading the review of.
I've been messing around with it for about 10 minutes and it's pretty nice.
