Another newbee

I am a newbee to the Android forum. I am a realtor in Cary, NC, and getting a smartphone in this business seemed like a no brainer. Love it so far, but do have one problem and not sure where to seek help on this forum. It has to do with sync'ing Outlook contacts from a Microsoft Exchange Server. My problem is very specific to the contacts. Where do I go for help? Thanks
