Anyway to display groups in Contacts?

Is there anyway to display your groups in your contacts? Also how do you add / delete people from those groups...besides on your desktop?

I've recently received a HTC Desire Z and have manged to get it to sync email / contacts / calendar with the company's MS Exchange Server. However, I've discovered there is a 'Group' option in the Android Contacts that allows me to quickly filter my contacts.
Is there any field in MS Outlook contacts that can automatically sync each contact to an Android contact group? (I was hoping Company might, but it doesn't appear to)

Sorry, I stuffed up I thought I was creating a new thread.

But for what's its worth while playing with the phone over the last week the only way I know to delete a contact from a group is
1. Selecting the Group
2. Pushing the Menu button
3. Selecting the 'Delete group member' option
4. Highlighting the members you want to delete & deleting them from the group
