I did contact them directly and they did indeed give me the APN, however I still cannot revcieve mobile data, I've cleared the cache and even did a factory reset, i even got a replacement SIM card just in case that was the problem. I'm thinking the phone itself must be faulty.

1. What is the model of your Galaxy S5 phone as per #1.2 of 29 Galaxy S4 models - know yours?

2. What are your exact, "Version", details as per #1.3 of 29 Galaxy S4 models - know yours?

Go to Settings > About device > Status and post...

4. Signal strength

5. Mobile network type

6. Go to Settings > More networks > Mobile networks > Mobile data... is it checked? (pathway may vary depending on model)

- SE for Android status. Enforcing SEPF_SGH-1337m_4.4.2_0028
3) Signal strength... 4bars and 4G
4) Mobile network is PC mobile (uses bell towers)
5) Mobile data is checked.
