hmmm theres dozens of these threads about must have apps.... you could probably search for them.....

I personally go through apps all the time..... probably install and uninstall 3-5 a day to test them out a couple days and get rid of the ones I dont like......

there are a few that I absolutely use all the time and wont get rid of ..... of course everyone has their own opinions about "must have" because every user is different

my list of wont get rid of:

weatherbug...... for weather of course
tapatalk...... for forums
barcode scanner...... use this thing everyday several times
pdanet..... for tethering
musicjunk ..... for downloading MP3s
ringroid...... for making ringtones from MP3s
sportstap......... for tracking sports scores, etc
astro....... file manager
google voice........ for google voice
lookout....... mobile security

others that Ive tried and liked but didnt keep because I dont use them daily:

wifi analyzer.... gives info on wifi signals available
pandora....... a music streamer
meridian...... media player
gps test....... gives info on gps etc
gps status....... gives info on gps etc
call confirm..... prevents accidental dialing
call filter...... lets you block numbers
home switcher...... lets you switch launchers easily
adw launcher...... a different desktop launcher
launcher pro......... another desktop launcher
camera360..... the best camera app Ive seen
unit converter..... handy for converting measurements etc

as far as games well thats entirely up to ones tastes........ I personally like:

bonsai blast
sudoku
what the doodle
