My company's web based time card system requires the use of the arrow keys to move from cell to cell. (I can't just tap on the desired cell, because they're frequently hidden until I can arrow over to them.)

Using an EVO with the standard browser, is there a way to simulate the arrow keys on the desktop? With a 3rd party browser?

    Thanks,

    Bob

Evo keyboard has arrow keys--do those not work?

If not, try the Swype keyboard. It has arrows and other useful keys that you can obtain by swiping from "Swype" key (lower left) to the SYM key next to it.

Manderle: Evo 4G, no trackball. (I miss my Treo's D-pad!)

Jeff, the keyboard won't come up in the timesheet cells. It (the timesheet) is a kludgy app. Is there a way to force the keyboard to load?

I'm probably just not going to be able to do this on the Evo.

    Thanks,

Maybe this one might work out for you. The app is called Arrows Keyboard, for Android v2.2 or better.
