Auto pickup Answerphone with option to ring

Hi

I need an app that will answer all calls and provide two options -

Listen then record as instructed after the beep (which will be 7 of 10 calls) or press 1 to be put through to the android phone.

This will save me such a lot of time as most calls are just people placing an order.

I would suggest to try out Google Voice, it has call screening and the ability to forward calls to different numbers.
