Best CDMA androind phone for under $200?

Hi, I currently have metro PCS service, which I would like to keep. Unfortunately metropcs has a lousy selection of phones.

I am told that as long as a phone is CDMA, that I can get it unlocked and use it with my current metro pcs account.

I have $200 to spend. what's the best bang for the buck?
I need a smartphone that is quick, google friendly, with good battery life, and rootable.

Any ideas?
