Best upgrade from a ZTE Blade???

So I'm going to sell my ZTE Blade because I want to upgrade to something which has a front facing camera (not too crucial but would be good!),at least 5 mega pixel camera and a slightly bigger screen.

My average price is about $200 and I need to be able to buy it in the UK

So far I've looked into:
Samsung galaxy Ace
T-mobile Vivacity
Orange san francisco 2
Htc Desire Z

What do you think would be the best phone???? Do you have any other ideas??

I'd say the Vivacity is your best bet.

Samsung Galaxy Ace ,T-mobile vivacity and Orange san Francisco are Armv6 phones .
I wouldn't buy a Armv6 phone ow since that chipset is outdated .

HTC desire Z is a ARMv7 phone so it is my choice just for wider app compatibility and QWERTY .

If not then I guess Orange SF2 is a decent choice
