Help Bluetooth not starting

I've only recently finally began to use BT as this is my first cell phone with the option. I have it set to start when I turn on the phone. I've noticed this morning, for the first time, that the BT icon wasn't showing. So went to turn it on manually but it wouldn't start. No matter what I tried it appeared to not turn on or showing the checkmark on the Blue Tooth status. I turned the phone off and then back on and now BT started normally.

I was turning it off and on this morning installing a few apps and noticed that sometimes BT starts normal and sometimes it doesn't.
