Root Can someone explain how I'm rooted but not rooted?

I don't understand what's going on with this phone. I can get into Red CWR just fine and install anything I want from there, but when it comes to root apps working, they're not recoginizing the root.

Even after I re-rooted and pushed the files 10 minutes ago, it says I'm not rooted. Anyone know what's going on? haha

There were a couple kernals there that caused you to lose your root. Try another kernal

Reflashed my rom dunno why I didn't think of that earlier
