Cellflare™ LBS App for Android™-powered mobile phones available
Cellflare has debuted Version 3.0.2 of their GPS mobile application for Android Devices. Available for free in the Android Market , the Cellflare application uses your mobile devices GPS system to locate you and your contacts on the move in real time. The application boasts features: Friends on The Map, Quick Locate PIN, GeoFencing, eCouponing, real-time history and speed functionality. Cellflare has had success with the application on the Blackberry, iPhone and Palm platforms.
Cellflare 3.0.2 for Android includes a location based Mobile Proximity feature which will push opt-in content to a Cellflare user when they are within a predesignated distance of a location. The content can include, a coupon, voucher, menu or many other options. The Notification can include real time information from the location, which results in a more rewarding experience for the User.
Key features for Cellflare are Friends on the Map and the ability to email or SMS your contacts your location. In addition, Cellflare has improved the efficiency of its core tracking program which should allow for longer battery life from initial launch on other platforms.
