Change notification toggles

Hi hoping someone can point me in the right direction, I hve the I9100P on stock JB 4.1.2 but would like to be able to customise/change the pull down notification toggles without flashing a complete custom ROM, is this even possible or is it a stupid question, thanks in advance for a response. I plan to keep stock and try and disable some of the Orange bloat but drowning in inflation overload. Oh yeah I've rooted with Philz touch kernel.. first hurdle complete.
