Cheap but good phone?

Hello. I'm looking for a cheap, but good phone. My money limit is 275 USD, but I an go to 400 USD if I must. (but please below 400). I'm searching for a phone with a 3.5 inch screen (or bigger. I currently have a 3 inch screen phone, and as my hands are really big, it sometimes gets annoying.) It should also have minium 512 Mb ram, and 1 GHz processor speed. I have concidered getting a Huawei Ascend P1, as it's $360 where I live.

Well, in the US, $300 will get you a Nexus 4... Not sure what's available in your area.
