Cheap Nexus One or Motorola Milestone (AT&T)

Hi,
I am on at&t and would like to get an android phone but I am in the middle of a contract. I am trying to find a cheap, good android phone. I googled it and the two best unlocked phones I found for at&t are the Nexus One or the Milestone. Where can I find either of those phones relatively cheap? I am also opened to other phone ideas.
