Chrome to phone for users outside of the US

Are you sure about that?

The Android app is currently only available in English in the following countries: US, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, and South Africa. We will be extending to additional countries in the next few weeks.

Installed just fine via the market here in the UK.

Works quite nicely here too, Estonia Few messages have been delayed though for 12+ hours, don't know why. But usually works nice. I hope there will be option to send text too, not only the URL link.

Sort of. It's more for sending one off links/bits of text to the phone, rather than a fully fledged sync service.

Yep available in the UK, installed it a week ago from the market and using it with Firefox plugin.

I guessed it was a wrong assumption then, but folks in non-english area do not have it in their store. as stated in the google chrome extension page. At least in finland, its not available in the market

It's not like you even need to speak English to use it either, really. So far I've only sent links, but you just hit an unmarked button on the browser and click the notification on your phone. Can't imagine it would take long to translate.
