Help Command to use voice assist?

So it has always popped up when I didn't want it, but now that I am looking I cannot find it. It's not google voice or voice dial, but a seperate voice assistant that came with the phone. It's green, and has the lines that detect nosice through the middle. Text on it says "How may I help you?" Then gives examples of things you could say like "open music" etc.. Thanks in advance!

I've never installed omega.. so that wouldn't be it. Thanks anyways though. It may a part of dolphin browser, but I still can't find it. I'll try to get a screenshot the next time it pops up
