Comprehensive Communication App..

What I'd ideally like to find is something like Trillian (access to all the various messaging platforms), but also the ability to do SMS/MMS.

Various people reach out to me various ways... and I don't much care if it's an SMS, Yahoo Message, Facebook, whatever.. I simply want to see all such messages in one place and reply in kind.

Does such a unified communication application exist?

IMO is basically the same as Trillian.. and IM+ and.. probably several others. There's some variation in the IM protocols they have access too.. but none, to my knowledge, handle SMS/MMS messages (unless it's their own version of SMS/MMS, which isn't really what I'm looking for).
