Help Confused with froyo install

So forgive me if this post sounds like a broken record..But I'm currently rooted running the newest BBeast rom, But I want to install Froyo 2.2..I've found a couple of guides, But still unsure on what method I should use or how to install it...

Could someone please glance over those 3 links, And point out which I need to apply in order to install and obtain froyo?..

You're rooted and coming from the same ROM I came from.

figure out which recovery you have (easiest way is to look in ROM manager - if you do not have ROM manager, boot into recovery - it'll tell you there, easy hint - CWM is green, SPR is blue)

Then download the appropriate file based upon the recovery you already have installed.
