Contact Problems

When I select for some contacts to use the Facebook names as the main contact name it resets, this seems to be semi-random and I can't quite figure out when it switches back to Google names, perhaps at sync?

Does anyone know any good free Contact/People widgets on the marketplace? Or editting the default function for each contact on the HTC People widget.
