Does anyone know where are contacts saved?

No idea dude but why do you need to know that.
Definitely on the phones internal memory for sure.

because I have to save a lot of contacts. It's faster via pc and my NPC doesn't work correctly

My backup Pro exports everything....Contacts,SMS,MMS,Dictionary,Applications etc to your local SD card or online. Get it from the market.

If you just want to save your contacts sync it with gmail.

Also you can save all contacts to csv and import it later using free applications on the market.
