yes it does have a cut/copy and paste feature.

When you are either writing out a text or something, simply press the trackball down, and move it to select "Select Text/Select All", and then it will let you roll the trackball to highlight. After you have either highlighted it all, or some of it it, you press the track ball again and you can either copy or cut it. either way that is how you do it
