Help cyanongenmod 7 frozen on screen

I recently rooted and then upgraded my Huawei Ascend M860, following instructions to the T. When I rebooted, I got a red ascend screen and then a cyanogen (mod) 7 screen with a skate boarding droid . It acts like it is going to boot up but then the skating droid is back. A couple of times I got a unlock screen that said no service. I couldn't unlock it. Now all I have is the cyanogen screen. I can't even power off unless I remove the battery.

Sounds like a bad flash. Either that or you have a lazy ascend... I would try to reflash with fresh dl's. If it still doesn't work, try bobzhomes Lazy Ascend rom.

Always remember that you need to download roms and other large (anything 1MB or higher) over a good, uncluttered, wifi connection.
