    Hey all,

I was saddened that the 2.2 update didn't bring along with it a built in Music Equalizer. Can anyone recommend an App to give me some options? Rock/Jazz/Metal/etc ? My ancient BlackBerry 8130 even had them built in!!

    Thanks in Advance :D

Have a look at PowerAmp on the market, it got a equaliser along the lines of what you're looking for and it's a good music player .... it has a paid version and a trial one, I chose to go for the paid version, cos the developer deserves it for the effort and responsiveness to change but the trial version can be 'refreshed' everytime the trial expires and is no different to the paid one.

+1 for poweramp. It's the only player so far that I've liked. The equalizer is an added bonus.

    Poweramp is the best player!

Ha ha, I'd also suggest PowerAMP, but you guys have done that plenty.
So, I'll suggest some alternatives that also have equalizer, like Mixzing, Mort Player, Astro Player.
