Dialer open on home screen

I have a Motorola Photon 4G through Sprint, running Android 2.3.4

I would like to have my dialer open on my home screen, so that when I hit my home button or unlock my phone, it will appear. There are dialer widgetst that do something like this, but don't achieve exactly what I want. I want the system's default dialer, not a separate one.

Is this possible?

i dont think this is possible unless you download a 3rd party app to achieve this but you already did that.

May I know why you always want to see the Android default dialer app appear whenever you press Home or unlock the default keyguard? You are not using the smart-phone for other purposes besides the traditional call out?
