The note 3 was working just fine, until we powered it off to insert in an microSD (64GB Sony Class 10). We removed the battery before we realized the microSD was to be inserted above the SIM card. After we inserted the sd card in, and turned on the phone, it would lag horribly and constantly give the message "Unfortunately, Direct Input has Stopped."
We did nothing with the pen, so I have no idea why it's having this issue. The phone is horribly slow now to the point of freezing. We have powered off, and take out the SD card (which, btw, is brand new from packaging, completely empty).
Rebooting and powering down/up did not fix the issue. Does anyone know how to fix this? The phone is stock, unrooted.
