Greetings, My Girlfriend has just been given the above phone and it has an issue with the home screen icons disappearing. All of them, I should say some become invisible and when you press where they should be the app starts, but the ones along the bottom like phone etc disappear and settings is unreachable.
This usually occurs when either using the phone and the screen goes black or when coming out of instagram, after its hung when processing an upload.
The apps are all stored on the phone not on an SD card and it was restored to factory defaults when we got it.
