DIVX and RockPlayer

I have a HTC DESIRE with Android 2.1
I have installed RockPlayer , it's ok , I can read Divx film without problem

I use HTCSyn for synchronized between my Pc (WINDOWS XP) and my PDA (HTC Desire)

View from my PC
The Divx is in this directory
x:\documents and setting\administrator\Mydocuments\Myphotos\Device Camer Shots\100Media\DivxA

View from my PDA
DCIM\100MEDIA\DivxA

1) I replace DIVX film in my PC (ie DELETE divxA , ADD divxB)

2) From the menu of HTCSYNc , (Item : GALERIE)
Directory specify the path of my PC
I run the synchronization , it's OK

3) I look in my PDA , It's always DivxA

4) I try to delete (DELETE FILE)from my PDA
I receive this message "I AM NOT FILE MANAGER"

Someboby can help me ?
