Downloading ebook to specific folder

So I go to Project Gutenberg, and I see a book I like, in txt format, and when I try to download it, I get a dialogue on my ANDROID WARP, "Complete action with," and it shows me ebook reader apps, 2 or 3 of them, and the browser. If I chose browser, it opens the book in the browser, and if I choose the ebook apps, it opens the book in those apps, but what I want is to have the ability to download the txt file to wherever I want to, including the "downloads" folder. What gives?

I just don't want to be told "what I must do," because I want to hae the option f downloading these ebooks to wherever I choose. Thanks.
