I had a great day today. This morning I tried on some jeans I haven't been able to fit into in months, and they were loose on me. Thanks to Libra weight manager and Calorie Counter apps dieting is easy. Then while I was getting an oil change I went to work at a casino I usually have pretty bad luck at, but I won quite a bit of money today. Now going out to dinner with the wife. What a great day!

I usually do pretty good at the poker table since that is how I make my living, just the casino I was at today I always seem to run bad there lately. Today was a nice change.

I'm going over to a friends house tonight with a bottle a Jack so I don't think Ill be working tomorrow either, lol

this just in I really like my phone.
Only flaws I have with it is that
1 pictures and video suck don't care much though.
2 freezes some times
3 shuts off by itself only 3 times now but still
4 took over an hour to transfer 4gb
5 I'm sure there will be
now with that said this is my first android and the best phone by far had all wm phones before the x. So the pluses are way more then bad
1 the google nav
2 music player
3 movies player
4 real internet or close enough
5 awesome forums for support like this one.
6 the ability to pretty much what I want with it add apps so on.
7 and many more like writing this from my droid
I just really wanted to say wow

my phone totally freaked out the second time that i plugged it into my laptop. It had like 10% left so i plugged it into charge it... it was charging then totally shut off in the middle of managing some files on my SD card. it wouldn't come on for anything.(it took like 15 min for my phone to come back on after unplugging it)

I had my wife call CS and told them what happened.

anyways VZW is sending me a new USB cord without even asking for it.

SOOOO i would venture to say they know about a problem with the cords when they are just sending a new one for free.

Hope if you call and they give you a new one that it works for you.

i hate how some CSR's are willing to help others and some think that everyone is out just to screw over their company.

either way if you if you hadn't ever charged it before or not it currently isn't working and so that should be enough for them to see that its not up to par.

when you plug it in does your phone recognize your computer? like can you change the mode that it is in?

On a lighter note, my aunt and uncle as well as my cousin and his wife came into town for the weekend. My cousin kept playing with my phone and when he wasn't using it, my dad couldn't stop talking about how much he liked it lol Ah, so nice being king of the mountain

Congratulations! Some of those root only apps really come in handy when you need them. Also it is great when an iphone user is bummed out when they are trying to use a laptop and there is no wifi, then all of a sudden a wifi network called "Charlie's DROID X" appears and they go "wow, that's cool!" That happened last night at a friends house.
