What's the difference between the X and the HTC Desire? I am looking to replace a lost phone.

If you'll give it up for less than what I could get it with my upgrade I'm interested. If not I understand, I just go the cheaper route. I can get it for $199 through BestBuy and Verizon Online with a new contract.
