DroidX or Incredible

Ok, so heres the deal, my GF dropped her phone in the toilet, totally FUBAR. So I need a replacement.

I want either a DroidX or Incredible, I would rather an Incredible over the DroidX but I am looking to get something quickly. I can justify making offers around 250-300.

I would like to take care of this with a little bit of urgency. Please no damaged phones.
