Experience with LG factory support/Sending in device

My G3 failed and would not power on. I called LG support and they gave me the option of sending away for repair which would take 7-8 days, or they would send me a grade reconditioned phone within 48 hours. I took the replacement, it arrived within 48 hours by courier and the driver took the old phone away with him. Overall I was very impressed with the service they gave me.
