Facebook birthdays

I followed some advice I saw to save off my friends birthday's from Facebook to an iCal file and import it into my Google calendar. But they're not all showing up. For example, I have 3 friends who's birthday's are on December 18th, and all 3 show up in my Google calendar online. But in my calendar on my HTC Eris, I only see 1 of them.

Any ideas why some of those events aren't getting synced properly?
