"Facer" app used to make watch faces...

just ordered a moto 360 with the metal band.

i see there is an app "Facer" that one can make watch faces with.

is it possible to make/construct an analog watch face with this Facer app with a sweeping second hand like old school watches and Rolex style watches?

Yes and no. The most recent update has a 'smooth' second hand option but it's not smooth like you're thinking. Just smoother than ticking one hash mark per second. It just ticks more time each second if that makes sense. So it's not smooth but smoother and there was some debate about how much this would affect battery life too. Most of the fancy watches used in the skins don't use the large second hand other than during stop-watch timing so it's not like they replicate everything perfectly anyway.
