SAVING GAME STATUS

Hai... i am developing a game in android with eclipse 3.6 and sqlite as back end it is almost like FarmVille (Developed by Zynga) in facebook apart from the fact that this game is a stand-alone game and not a social network game. The player can save the status of the game when he leaves and later on when he runs the game again, he can resume from the last saved point. My problem is with the saving of the game it need to save all the details like plant growth current position and status so some one plz help me....
