Flashlight icon greyed out, camera problems on Pocophone F1

Hi, my Pocophone F1 has a weird problem. The flashlight icon in the app drawer is greyed out like this:

I cannot access flashlight from camera app too, when I try to take photo with flash, the screen immediately changed to white color, then cream color with sun icon. When I take photo using the back camera, the result is normal, but after i got to gallery, the photo become mirrored. You can see here, the "LG" preview in bottom left looks normal.

But after opening it, it looks like this:

Sometimes opening portrait mode also result in "Camera error, Can't connect to camera".

you battery is at 23% the flash light and camera will not work when the battery is that low. try charging it and see if that helps.

I charged it to 100%, and the problem still persists.

Then it's a hardware issue that needs to be repaired...
