Help Folder Icons

I came across this image in the "Show Your Homescreens" thread.

I would like to change my folders to look like the ones in the image (Audio, Notes, Social etc.) without rooting my phone. I know it's possible to change folder icons, but I'm not entirely sure how that works. Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

Of course I'd have to find similar looking icons first, to get it to look like in the image so if anyone has an idea where I might find those, I'd be happy to hear it!

Perhaps that's a custom rom on that phone?

Steven was correct. The icons are from the MIUI ROM. They might also be available as a standalone icon pack, however.
