Is there a free application to create and edit documents (word, excel, and powerpoint) on Android phone? Where can I download the application?

Nope. You have to pay for those apps.

    OliveOfficeEditor.

    Free for now, anyway.

Reason to guess it will stay free:
    - Description says: "Our product can be downloaded and used completely free of charge."

Reasons to guess it will cost in the future:
    - on your phone, its icon is called "OliveOffice Premium", and when you open it, a title bar says "OliveOffice Ultimate"
    - there are no ads. (at least not on the screens I've tried)
    - there's an OliveOfficeViewer.
