Help freeze on logo

It was working fine ..
after I paired with laptop it started shuting down app (whatsapp,internet) but I was playing a game and it didn't crash.. I rebooted the phone and now it just freeze at samsung glowing logo , I left it for along time and I noticed it will restart alone and stuck again at the logo

what to do ??????
P.S. I don't have the usb wire to connect it to the laptop

I did a factory reset and it worked

Is there anyway to get my files back ?
