Help Freezing issue

So I've had my optimus for about a month now, and I'm not new to android. I love the phone, and for the most part have no complaints for a free phone ( I work at radio shack and sprint)... Except one thing: my phone lags and freezes a lot,.so much so that I've stated having to reset it daily. This is my second one, because my first had the same problem. My wife has one too and hadn't had this yet, neither have any customers I've dealt with. Im starting to think it's something I've done, maybe a malicious app. Anyone have the same problem or encountered any bad apps? I'm also running launcher pro and wonder if it's that? Any solutions or ideas would be most helpful. Thanks!

I've owned my phone for about a week and this freezing occurred twice today for the first time. I didn't do anything specific to trigger the freezing. I don't have any idea how this even happened. In the first place.

That's usual for android, but having a constant problem all day? It's annoying

I have the same problem, this morning the battery would not charge, then the unit became sluggish( like it has a worn virus) tthen it gets stuck right after the sprint logo and it stops during the "ANDROID" load screen.
