My service provider (Petro Mobility - Works on the Rogers Network) has specific settings so I will be able to access internet on my phone. See below for the actual settings. My question is where in the Galaxy A10e do I enter this information below.

What are the data settings for Andriod and other devices?

Ensure your phone APN's (Access Point Name) settings are set to the following:

APN: rogers-core-appl1.apn
APN type: default,supl,mms
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS Proxy: mmsproxy.rogers.com
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 720
Authentication Type: Not set
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: None

Are you sure you need to manually set up APN settings to get your SIM enabled and working? Most carriers have this already configured in the SIM cards they send out. Did someone at Petro tell you that you needed to do this yourself or is this something you assumed on your own initiative? If the former try reading through the link below, if the latter I'd just contact Petro to confirm.
